Who is Eligible to Sign-Up? 

This course is open to anyone thinking of becoming a Supervising Broker as well as those who have already earned their Supervising Broker Endorsement. This is an Enhancement Course - taking it will not fulfill any Pre-Endorsement licensing requirements. 

What is this course about?

This is a "raise the bar" type of course designed by Supervising Brokers, for Supervising Brokers, taught by Supervising Brokers. Cindy Lanier with NMAR, and Sharon Virgin with GFAR, will guide you through topics essential to the development and success of a real estate managing broker. Each module is divided into smaller segments that cover specific facts, information, and details where you will learn HR, legal and taxation issues that go along with forming a real estate company, recruiting agents and lawful operations. This includes being presented with real life scenarios to workshop through to assist you in becoming better informed and prepared.

Credits: 16 Credit Hours

• GRI Program Attendees - 4 CORE course hours + 4 ELECTIVE course hours have been approved.
• Current Supervising Brokers - attending this course fulfills your annual 4-hour update requirement.
