"I've got millions"

Fraudulent Behavior:

I have received several complaints in the past few months regarding a consumer who is making cash offers on million dollar properties with multiple agents, yet can never produce proof of funds.  Some agents/sellers are requiring proof of funds before accepting an offer and other have accepted the offer, just for it to fall apart when he goes silent and cannot produce proof of funds.

His name is Earl Franklin Mannon and his wife's name is Colleen. There are concerns about this individual if you Forewarn him, both in the criminal record and property record.
Many title and mortgage companies in Missoula, Lake and Flathead Counties are well aware of this individual/couple.

Whatever you do when working with customers and clients, do the same for all. If you ask for proof of funds, do that for all. It is best practices for Fair Housing.
