Our client received a letter stating that Michael Bishop of LandInvestingSolutions would purchase his property. One is listed and the other is not.  There was nothing legit about it. The number in forewarn didn't show anything, website was down, contact address was a medical office, the acreage was wrong...Nothing added up. We had the title company take a look too.
