I received this fradulant email this morning. The owner, Geraldine Penland, is not selling her land.

Hello Brandi,

I hope you’re doing well.

I’m reaching out to see if you would be interested in helping me sell a vacant lot I own at  0 Tamarack Ln, Columbia Falls, MT 59912 (Parcel # 07-4186-05-3-03-08-0000).

I’m looking to get the property listed as soon as possible and would appreciate it if you could let me know whether you’re available to represent the sale.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you

GERALDINE PENLAND
